Unified Contact Center Project Manager

The Unified Contact Center Project Manager will be accountable and responsible for managing short and long term Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) projects for our customers. These engagements will have a primary focus on delivery of UCCE Solutions for one or multiple customers.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead projects, ensuring appropriate project planning and that all projects are delivered on time, in budget, and with high level of quality
• Ensuring that all contract deliverables are successfully managed, executed, monitored and controlled such that customer success and satisfaction are achieved
• Manage internal and external expectations and communications in regards to delivery, performance and customer satisfaction
• High level and detailed project planning and tracking including timeline, quality, scope, resources, dependencies – both in the context of technical or project delivery
• Responsible for identifying and tracking overall risks, issues and actions and for driving them to resolution
• Drives day by day the relationship between the Project Team and its external stakeholders
• Understand effective project planning, including management of project budgets, margins, rates, and the interplay between them
• Responsible and accountable for key project management functions
o Raising customer issues, concerns, risks in a timely manner
o Resource management and planning
o Creating detailed project plan and overseeing plan timelines
o Complete time and expense reporting in a timely and accurate manner
o Drives day by day the relationship between project team
o Drives Project Team meetings and Project Milestones reviews including reports preparation
o Represents the Project Team in discussions about status, dependencies, risks and issues with enough understanding to conduct those discussions autonomously
o Produces PMO required reports
o Enforces the proper usage of corporate tools to support service delivery
o Enforces adherence to the applicable corporate processes

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Business Administration, or related discipline (Master a plus)
• 7+ years of Project Management experience in the deployment of Unified Communication or leading edge technologies
• Proven project or program mgmt. skills with proven track record of leading large-scale improvement initiatives
• Strong team working attitude in international and multicultural environment
• Strong knowledge of technologies, especially Unified Communications and Unified Contact Center Enterprise, and solutions, as well as an ability to effectively manage projects, timelines, budgets and resources.
• Attitude to work in autonomy, with limited supervision and among competing priorities
• Demonstrate excellent communications capabilities, business acumen and resource management without functional authority
• Superior communications skills: ability to effectively interact with different hierarchical levels and across different organizations
• Flexibility to work across different time zones
• Use of time tracking and project accounting systems (Oracle P6 / Oracle Project)
• Strong dedication to quality and customer satisfaction
• You are proficient and efficient with productivity tools, including Ms Office: Project, Visio, Word and Excel
• Prefer knowledge of PM methodology and tools
• Up to 20% travel in the US

Required:
• Must have delivered UCCE.
• Must be available to support maintenance windows outside normal business hours (evenings and weekends).
• Project Management Certification from recognized training body or university including Project Management Professional (PMP®)

• Virtual. Willing to support eastern time zone are preferred.
