• Managing Exchange Outlook and SkypeB related support tickets (Tier 2)
• Managing the day to day administration, support, maintenance and monitoring of the MS Exchange infrastructure.
• Troubleshooting day to day Outlook issues; administration of mailboxes and users accounts including Active Directory.
• Support of implementations, migrations, upgrades, and other activities that impact the environment.
• Participates in problem/change management activities to minimize impact of service disruptions on end users.
Knowledge on ticketing system and ITIL (Incident, Request, Problem, Change) Mgt processes
