• Answering Provider Calls. 100 + calls per day.
• Providing Prior Autho status and faxing out approves and denials.
• Service and a Liaison between the correspondors and processors.
• Processing all incoming faxes, entering them into the system, and sorting out to various departments.
• Verifying eligibility and coverage.
