Job Description
This position provides the process and technical business analysis skills for Client Productivity Services. The potential candidate will work in a team to support the current collaborative services platform. Will also provide in depth analysis and documentation of business requirements, operational processes, and data relationships/configurations to sustain operations and align to clients/users across business units/geographies. May manage small projects and be tasked to produce metrics/reporting as well as perform stakeholder analysis and feedback sessions. Serve as a subject matter expert and communicate with numerous functional areas to facilitate process development and improvement activities. The ideal candidate will be self-directed, organized, analytical, task driven and results oriented.

Work with end-users and business partners to assess and document business customer requirements, match these requirements to objectives and guide them to the applicable processes and products.
Engage in communication planning, information distribution, service performance reporting & metrics.
Ensure that client's systems and the information on them are protected in accordance with client's Information Protection Policies and Standards, as well as best Information Protection practices.
Understand the capabilities of Client IT retail applications and infrastructure and how to best leverage them in conjunction with customer use cases and scenarios.
May serve as a subject matter expert in collaborative tools and technology (web, audio & video conferencing, email, calendaring, faxing, telecom, mobile, social & team sites).
Assist stakeholders in adopting, utilizing and optimizing current services
Participate in the development of marketing and communication strategies and channels for retail services.
Participate in processes and mechanisms to gather customer feedback and share with various IT stakeholders in the development of new services or the improvement of existing services.
Drive standardization of processes across businesses, where optimal or value is added.

Bachelor’s Degree

• 6-9 years of IT or related experience with B.A or B.S.;
• 4-7 years of IT or related experience with M.A. or M.S.

Experience in a business analyst role
Experience in business process definition, requirements definition and technology solution research
Create dashboards or metrics leveraging Sharepoint or other tools
Experience in facilitating small to large groups through challenging discussions
Goal oriented, task driven decision-making with a strong sense of accountability
Excellent prioritization and team work skills
Strong interpersonal, oral, presentation, and written communication skills
Ability to understand end-audience needs and requirements
Marketing, branding or communications skills
Prior web or video conferencing experience
Experience with process improvement
Ability to analyze reports and translate report data into meaningful information
