Contract opportunity with a large Insurance client for the position of Office Assistant- Hartford, CT

Job Summary:
• Perform general administrative tasks, i.e. scheduling meetings, doing mailings, shipping, etc.
• Help with the processing of community sponsorships and tracking of related benefits – requires learning grants management database
• Help with the creation of PowerPoint presentations
• Assist with marketing and communication needs
• Perform research as needed and ad hoc data mining/analysis
• Assist with planning and running of department events
• Coordination of volunteers – logistics, materials distribution, etc.
