Job Description
Production support for Oracle EBS Financial systems and related technologies
• Driving resolution of production support issues predominantly in Procure to Pay area and having workable knowledge in Order to Cash cycle
• Regularly ensuring good health of production systems and data integrity with upstream/downstream systems
• Effectively resolve problems and roadblocks as they occur, consistently following through on details while driving innovation as well as issue resolution and anticipates and prevents problems before they occur.
• Debug complex issues and present their impact along with recommended solution to users and management
• Supporting key business processes/activities including but not limited to Month end and Yearend support activities to Business users
• Utilizing past experience to implement innovative approaches to help improve business processes and system performance
• Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic environment
• Collaborate with non ERP development teams to design efficient, supportable and scalable solutions
• Be integral member in signing off the design and solution developed by development teams before accepting the change in Production

Excellent exposure of Oracle Applications predominantly in Procure to Pay and/or Order to Cash modules
• Hands on Experience in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 with strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Architecture and technical aspects of Oracle Applications
• Highly self-motivated, detail oriented and committed individual with an ability to take up initiatives and execute tasks with full ownership and able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment with minimal direction.
• Good functional knowledge of different modules of Oracle Apps including but not limited to AP, PO, IBY, GL, OM, AR, CE, FA and understanding of data flow across modules and related technologies
• Demonstrated ability to work with distributed teams across multiple time-zones
• Should have excellent analytical and problem solving skills (ability to extract, summarize & synthesize facts and suggest the best possible solution) and be a Self-Starter
• Triaging and analyzing application, data and upstream/downstream integration issues and Monitor Alert notifications and System logs and take appropriate action
• Excellent communications skills (Written and verbal) and should be able to independently engage with business stakeholders throughout the ticket lifecycle
• Accurately establish the length and difficulty of tasks and projects, set reasonable objectives and goals, anticipate and adjust for problems/roadblocks and measure results against goals
• Ability to orchestrate multiple activities simultaneously
