Job Description
 
Competitive Bid: This person must be familiar with Agile and change orders. Someone that can understand engineering drawings, etc. This person does not have to come from a technical/engineering background, but exposure to that would be good. This is an administrative, process oriented role.

Position Summary:
Under close supervision, perform a variety of duties and assume responsibilities related to the Technical Documentation Change Control Process which supports our diversified medical device product line across multiple design control facilities. This will include, but is not limited to, the creation and maintenance of Bills of Materials, Item Masters, Documents and Change Orders.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1) Understand the Technical Documentation Change Control Standard Operation Procedure.

2) View, create, and analyze the following: Bills of Materials (BOM's), Item Masters, Documents and Change Orders (CO's).

3) Audit Change Orders for completeness and accuracy in accordance with departmental and company procedures, procuring all necessary approvals.

4) Release of Category 1 Change Orders.

5) Perform functions on the Electronic Resource Processing (ERP) systems such as Non-Conformance Report approvals, Error Handling and General Item Maintenance.

6) Interface with various internal customers to procure information, obtain approvals, or perform notifications related to Technical Documentation Issues. The customers include but are not limited to: Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, Planning/Purchasing, Marketing, Quality Engineering, and Contract Manufacturers.

7) Other duties as assigned with or without accommodation.

Job Qualifications:
1) Computer literacy
2) Knowledge of MS Office, Agile or BPCS a plus
3) Detail Oriented
4) Results Driven
5) Excellent interpersonal skills and team work

Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent; College preferred.

Experience:
-One year of additional training in Business or Technology
-2+ years previous experience in document control required
-Software applications: Agile, BPCS, MS Office
