Job Description
Working shift: Any 8 hour shift between 7AM to 7:30pm (mon-fri)
Pay rate: $14.99 per hour
Duration: 09 Months + Possible Extension

Job Functions:
• The purpose of the role is to respond to and fulfill
• Emergency Supplies Orders and Escalations from both internal and external customers
• Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained with each interaction

• Individual contributor responsible for providing world-class service to all verbal and written inquiries contacting our business with Emergency Orders and Escalations
• Engages appropriate value chain partners to ensure problem resolution
• Meets established resolution time frames

Primary Responsibilities:
• Resolve customer supplies escalated orders in a targeted timeframe
• Performs tasks to support Global Imaging Systems orders, inquiries and escalations for resolution
• Receive and respond to inquiries from both internal and external customers
• Input information in different systems for researching and creating customer orders
• Initiate customer contact when necessary to resolve escalation or respond to inquiry
• Prepare monthly log for workload activity
• Interface on the phone and via email with Global Imaging Systems, Internal Planning/Buying and all levels of management
• Support Planning/Buying to resolve open Customer Service Engineer Emergency Orders
• Multi-Task between various systems
• Interface with Canadian Hot Desk to resolve escalations
• Process internal parts orders for the Webster Complex
• Input information through multiple data screens to accurately reflect account activity & resolve customer inquiries

• Must be able to type a Minimum of 45 words per minute
• Proficient in MS Office applications
