Job Description
• The primary responsibility of this position will be to support the HR team and their customers (business units).
• This role will provide guidance in the areas of Associate (Employee) Relations, HR policies, and HR Systems (HRIS and eTime).
• Serve as HR point of contact to assist in consistent application of policies and procedures across the organization. Respond to inquiries related to HR systems, Leave of absence policies and procedures and benefit policies.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and relationship building skills
• Ability to appropriately interpret company policies
• Ability to accurately assess human resource issues
• Proficiency in Word and Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills.
