Job Description
 
Qualifications
• 7+ years organizational change management or program management experience
• BA or BS in Business Administration, Behavioral Science or similar
• Adoption and behavioral metrics experience
• Knowledge of the Service Now Platform
• Comfortable working in a cross-functional team environment
Pluses include:
o Prior experience with implementing a service platform transition to Service Now
o Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools (knowledge of Prosci)
o Experience in Support Team environments, or previous experience on service & support program management
