• We are currently seeking a dynamic and solution-oriented coordinator to support Partner Experience team.
• This person will be responsible for the organization and production of all external partner meetings, briefings, innovation tours and summits at the Aviator, San-Francisco based briefing center. He/she will occasionally be responsible for supporting external meetings and tentpole events.
• We are looking for a strong team player with exceptional attention to detail and an approachable and flexible attitude.
• Work with the Head of Partner Experience and global teams to manage logistics and execute external sales meetings, events and experiences at Client Headquarters. Partner with the global teams, internal events, facilities and executive assistants on all aspects of meeting planning and execution.
• Vet and prioritize incoming requests for onsite meetings and events from external groups and internal referrals.

REQUIREMENTS 2-4 years of directly related event industry experience You're basically a ninja master (documents, spreadsheets, etc.) and Keynote proficient
