THE OPPORTUNITY:
Title: Technical Support Representative
Location: Rio Rancho, NM -87144
Duration: 2 year contract, possible/probable CTH

Job Description:
Must haves:
• Strong experience with computers, browsers, and mobile devices (must-have)
• 1 to 3 years’ experience in Technical Support / Inbound Call Center preferred phone, social media and live chat experience.
• Ability to search, find answers, and instruct our gamers on remedies to a wide variety of issues.
• Superior technical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Customer Negotiation skills
• Superior soft skills; speaking pleasantly and professional, with the ability to recognize and adjust to customer temperaments.
• Easily adapt to a changing environment
• Ability to recognize customer urgency verses normality
• Aptitude to work with engineering and superiors to complete close loop communications.
• Willingness to collaborate with others in a think tank environment.
• Work independently with minimal management oversight.

DTD:
• Comfortable in multi-channel technical support ; responding to social media, chat, and phone support within established response times and quality control expectations.
• Provide feedback on tools, resources, procedures and guidelines to enhance workflow and the customer experience.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 environment including schedule flexibility.
• Proactively assist customers to avoid or reduce problem occurrence.

Plusses:
• Previous experience from cellular industry.
