Job Description
 
• Will work closely with HR Coordinator to understand the desired outcome of the project
• Organize past employee records based on record retention guidelines
• Organize remaining past employee records into ‘buckets’ based on requirements provided by the benefits team and the HR Coordinator
• Box employee records, create manifest and ship to a central location where files will be available electronically
• Strong Analytical Skills (Experience in MS Office, Outlook and Excel)
• Weekly communication with HR Coordinator on progress
• Contributes to project as a team member
