We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator, with 2 to 5 years’ experience in Salesforce and deep knowledge of configuring Marketing Cloud (Exact Target) to do projects and support work. Would prefer a local candidate. This would be a long term contract of 6 to 12 months.

• Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget), to create and maintain Lists, Data Extensions and update subscriber lists and create segmentation groups and track emails and develop relevant reports and dashboards.
• Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create journeys using Journey Builder and sync data from Salesforce CRM to Marketing Cloud and back.
• Use SF Connector for passing data to and from multiple SFDC instances.
• Make data-driven decisions to optimize customer solutions.
• Provide support to corporate marketing team on Marketing Cloud.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
• Complete rigorous QA checks on every change made within the Marketing Cloud Org.
• Collaborate and train other team members.
• Develop and document efficiencies in current and future processes.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and sprint based project delivery.

• Four year college degree or equivalent course work.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget) and hands on knowledge of Studios and Builders is a must.
• Experience with Administration and configuration is a must.
• Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant Credential preferred.
• Experience with basic HTML (For example, creating tables, links, and bolding).
• Demonstrated writing/communication, interpersonal and client relationship skills.
• Proven record for problem resolution and successful completion of complex projects.
• Ability to work independently and adeptly multi-task and prioritize a high volume of projects and tasks at one time.
• Ability to work with diverse departments across an organization.
• Excellent logical reasoning and analytical skills to effectively assess and communicate metrics.
• Passionate about the digital landscape with desire for continuous learning and advancement.
• Support day to day application incident and Support requests.
