Reporting to the National Account Manager, the executive will be responsible for seeking new business and maintain and grow business relationships within single or multiple accounts. The role will also involve presenting business solutions to existing clients, partnering with Recruiting Managers to help clients meet their short and long-term business objectives, while meeting Collabera’s strategic business goals. Manages the placement of IT professionals (billable consultants, field support, and/or product application support) with the client/s.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Achieve business targets for assigned client account/s
• Work closely with recruiting and project team to ensure delivery of staffing and project requirements
• Responsible for direct business
• Map the account - build direct client relationships at all levels and with managers throughout the account organization
• Become thoroughly familiar with client systems and processes for submitting resumes
• Communicate and prioritize client requirements
• Negotiate bill rates with client managers
• Resolve all client issues
• Develop account penetration strategy
• Conduct client meetings to build and maintain relationships
• Develop and prepare proposals
• Create sales presentations
• Submit weekly and other related sales reports
• Become thoroughly familiar with the Collabera Sales Executive Training

Job Requirements
 
 
• 1-2 years of experience in IT staffing/Recruitment OR sales
• Very process oriented and high disciple individual
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, writing and editing skills
• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Open to travel
• Excellent knowledge of all areas of business operations.
