Looking for Consumer Analytics Analyst / Data Analyst / Master Data Analyst

Position Details:
Location : Milwaukee, WI 53208
Job Title : Consumer Analytics Analyst
Duration : 18 months (strong possibility of extension)

Job Description:
• The Consumer Analytics Analyst will enable data-driven decision-making in the Accessories Portfolio Management organization
• This is a data-centric role that will leverage analytical methods and tools to analyze and assess business performance through a compilation of wholesale, retail, and consumer data
• A successful candidate will collaborate with colleagues across the business unit to identify actionable insights and strategies based upon an informed understanding of product performance.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Leverage multiple data sources to design, develop, maintain, and analyze reporting that summarizes key performance metrics and addresses strategic questions
• Process, clean, and organize datasets for established reporting and custom analysis
• Utilize various tools to integrate data from disparate data sources that identify challenges, opportunities and implications for achieving business goals
• Develop streamlined approaches for the transition of analytical output into simple, clear reports
• Collaborate with internal team and cross functional partners to ensure business opportunities and issues identified are customer-centric, thoroughly defined, and clearly understood
• Communicate findings and insights from analyses in order to influence strategies and decisions of key stakeholders and partners
• Pursue continuous improvement and evaluate processes on an ongoing basis

Education Required:
• This position requires a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Market Research, Operations/Supply Chain Management, Mathematics or a related field.

Experience & Skills Required:
• Two or more years of data analysis in a business position in global manufacturing, retail, after-market sales or logistics
• Experience working with large datasets, data marts, and pivot table creation
• Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel and Access, Tableau, and Business Objects
• Experience with large-scale business systems such as SAP, AS400, PLM, SO99 preferred
• Understanding of business forecasting and analytical methods
• Must be thorough and detail-oriented
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts with a diverse set of stakeholders
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new software tools (i.e. Power BI, Alteryx), datasets, and business challenges
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team
