Looking for Manufacturing Engineer / Senior Manufacturing Engineer / Tooling Engineer / Process Engineer / Industrial Engineer / Product Engineer

Position Details:
Location: Tomahawk, WI 54487
Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer II
Duration: 13 - 14 months (Strong possibility of extension based on performance)

Job Description:
• Major responsibilities include enhancing manufacturing by assuring that parts or assemblies are processed and tooled to meet optimum quality, quantity and cost requirements
• Provide technical support to analyze and develop manufacturing control systems. Interface will occur with Work Group Advisors, Work Groups, Quality and Product Engineering, and Manufacturing Support Services
• Other responsibilities include developing cost reduction programs through manufacturing efficiency improvements, schedule attainment, and first run capacity
• Specific results include continuous improvement of safety, quality, cost, workflow, and on-time product delivery. Perform supervisory duties as required
• The major functions for this technical position include manufacturing support of plastic injection molding operations, product tooling, process development, and continuous improvement activities
• Responsibilities will extend to planning/improving manufacturing practices and processes. Integrating established and new technology within facilities and processes
• Aid design engineers with manufacturability reviews. Help coordinate production tooling design reviews, build and implementation for new plastic injection molded components. Assist with injection molding process development for all new and existing tooling

Job Requirement:
• This technical position include manufacturing support of plastic injection molding operations, product tooling, process development, and continuous improvement activities
• Responsibilities will extend to planning/improving manufacturing practices and processes

• Work with people and resources in meeting quality, cost, and schedule milestones for assigned strategic initiatives
• Tooling experience is preferred
• 6 axis robotic experience is a plus
