• Primarily supporting batch process on both the Mainframe systems using OPCE and the Distributed environment using Maestro.
• Also, provide Abend trouble shooting as well as restarting, rerunning, canceling, etc. Batch jobs through the various request and scheduling tools.
• Provide 2nd/3rd tier user incident support when escalated to by the Help Desk
