Job Description
Customer Service Rep I has the responsibility to provide world class customer service for the complete order cycle through successful entry and release of orders that are received primarily through electronic channels.
Customer may include healthcare providers, field sales reps, end users, and patients.
This role facilitates company goals in the areas of customer satisfaction, quality, accuracy, revenue growth, compliance, and asset management.
This role also maintains customer relationships to increase and sustain overall competitive advantage.
The Customer Service Rep I possesses a broad knowledge of products and services and complies with internal policies and procedures, regulatory and financial requirements, and HIPAA requirements.

• Processes orders via multiple electronic channels (back office) - including standard and expedited orders
• Completes assigned work from the Workflow inbox
• Possesses a comprehensive knowledge of products and services
• Utilizes company policies and procedures while providing customer service excellence
• May processes QA requests related to samples, returns, or price overrides
• Research, track, and provide problem resolution relating to freight, carrier, or other issues and communicate to the appropriate internal or external customer
• Work with distribution centers and carriers to meet schedule delivery requirements
• Determine corrective course of action in problem situations, balancing customer satisfaction and financial costs
• Brings forth ideas for process improvement

• High school diploma

• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate clearly and effectively--written and verbal

• Composure; Ability to work in high-pressure situations and deal with conflict effectively

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
