Job Description
• Develops, implements and/or maintains one or more accounting systems: Journal entries, General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Revenue Reconciliation, etc.
• Balances books and prepares profit and loss, cash flow, income, balance sheet statements, and various other accounting statements and reports.
• Maintains records of assets, liabilities and other financial transactions.
• Reviews and verifies the accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications assigned to various records.
• Assists in the development and setup of accounting processes and procedures.
• Analyzes reports and records for managers/stakeholders.
• Reviews, tracks and maintains accounting information in the financial systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP and other accounting regulations.
• May coordinate accounting matters with other departments, locations and divisions. May prepare federal, state and local reports and tax returns.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 0 - 2 years of experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of particular field of specialization.
• Ability to work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
• Ability to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
