Job Description
 
Position summary:
• As a member of our Service Operations SCRUM team you will be responsible for development of solutions within the ServiceNow environment required to support ITIL Service Operation
• Including, but not limited to, Incident Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, and Change Management
• You will also act as 2nd level support for ServiceNow related issues

Essential job functions:
• 3+ years ServiceNow development
• ServiceNow Admin Certification
• ITIL Experience
• Scripting experience, JavaScript/Glide
• 3 year Rest/SOAP Web services
• Scrum / Agile Experience
• Ability to work collaboratively with other ServiceNow developers/SCRUM teams
• Ability to Identify issues/deficiencies, and recommend solutions, with a mindset for continuous improvement

Minimum Experience:
• 5+ Years of Experience

Preferred:
• Scripting experience,
• Css/angularjs/jquery/jelly
• Servicenow service mapping / neebula / atrium
• Itil foundation
• Scrum master certified
• Servicenow certified implementation specialist
