Location: Baton Rouge, Louisiana, 70805
Duration: 12 months (Possible extension or conversion)
Role: KPI Analyst

Summary:
• Requires proficiencies in multiple applications and software including: MS Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Access), SharePoint, Power BI & Tableau Visualization applications.
• Must be able to program in VBA and Access.
• Ability to create technical documentation and desktop procedures a must.
• Will also be responsible to train users.
• Position interacts with all levels of EMRE Projects management and all groups including; Project Controls, Accounting and Controls, Construction, Safety, and Project Management.

Scope of Work:
BRAP Monthly KPI Dashboard
•Implement improvements to data collection and reporting for the 9 Key Performance Indicators Dashboard via Tableau
• Support improvements to data interface from Premier database which provides basis for BRAP Monthly Stewardship Report
• Consolidate Start of Shift and Safety Observation databases •Improve efficiency through consolidation and enhancing reporting from Manual export to MS Excel to reports directly from database •Investigate utilization of “Red House” software developed and implemented at Baytown Area Projects
• Field Change Order (FCO) Database Administration •FCO Programming / Oversite
• Identify, prioritize, and implement improvement/enhancements to the MS Access tool/program
• Respond to and resolve any user or system issues in a prompt manner
• FCO Data Maintenance
• System reference tables (users, vendors, projects, etc.) updated as needed.
• PO table (interface with SAP) on a weekly basis to support PCEs and project reporting
• FCO Data Management
• Perform periodic data quality checks on FCO form inputs and work with project teams to correct deficiencies in data collection. Utilize FCO Tableau views to identify areas of potential concern.
• Export data weekly to FCO Tableau View
• FCO User Training provide as needed in project groups, department wide refresher training, and individual adhoc sessions.
• Project Change Record (PCR) Administration and Coordination
• Provide training and support to BRAP personnel for the usage, processes, and PCR templates Docusign.
• Maintain any changes to PCR EMCAPS procedure as required.
• Provide quality control checks for completed PCRs.
• Export data from docusign PCRs for update of BRAP KPI Dashboard.
• Productivity Database Administration
• Evaluate systems and propose best solution for new database
• Collect monthly project data from individual project team members
• Maintain historical database in excel
• Provide monthly update for BRAP KPI Dashboard
