Role: Digital Program Manager
Duration: 6+ Months (Possibility of Extension)

Job Description
• Oversees a portfolio of digital projects spanning multiple releases to ensure flawless, on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Deeply understands all project management disciplines and their key activities, processes, and artifacts
• Identifies, manages, and escalates risks, issues, and changes requests to appropriate decision makers based on established escalation criteria.
• Applies good communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills to meeting project and program deliverables of varied complexity.
• Partner with many business partners on the development and implementation of digital capabilities, including Mobile IT, UX, QA, Analytics, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, etc.
• Understand the relationship of individual projects to the overall digital program.
• Communication Management - Creates performance and status reports for relevant stakeholders; proactively communicate with stakeholders on key program updates and milestones.
• Risk & Issue Management – Assesses portfolio of projects to identify risks and issues that my impact project and program delivery for review, escalation, and remediation. Proactively raises key risks to leadership for awareness and review.
• Maintain subject matter expertise on digital capabilities to serve as a go-to research for business partners; use subject matter expertise to perform business acceptance testing as needed for release.

Requirements
• 7+ years financial services experience; focus on wealth management industry
• 7 + years project related experience including requirements, testing and other analytical functions
• Deep understanding if use of digital / mobile tool in wealth management
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and conceptual skills
• Excellent communication (written and oral), with leaders and peers, facilitation, interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Self-directed, self-starter, and motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work well on cross functional project teams including IT and business subject matter experts
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other MS tools
• Experience with Agile methodology preferred
• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent work-related experience may compensate for certain requirements
