Job Description
The positions are for "Customer Service Rep" who has experience working in a call center answering inbound calls and doing order entry.
The candidate will be answering the phone when an AMO customer calls and will be assisting them with their orders.
These positions require high incoming call volume due to the type of position it is.
Because they will be doing order entry they will need strong computer skills with a high attention to detail and have the ability to multi-task.
The worker will also be handling faxes as part of the position on a daily basis.
We are not looking for Shipping/Receiving Clerks, Medical Billers, Contracts experience, warehouse personnel, schedulers, purchasing agents, Admins or receptionists.
