Job Description:
• Develop ATE test solutions, both hardware and software, used for ATE testing of RF Front End devices for cellular applications.
• These modules are multi-chip modules containing Power Amplifiers, LNAs, duplexers, switches and are used in the cellular electronics.

Job Description:
• The following skills are required:
• Validation, characterization, and production test of RF front-end (RFFE) integrated chips. Modules consist of Power Amplifiers, LNAs, Switches, and Duplexers.
• Characterization of PAs w/ Digital Pre-Distortion (DPD) and Envelope Tracking (ET).
• Experience with at least 1 ATE test platform: Advantest-93k, Teradyne-uFlex.
• Develop software using VB, C++, and Java to test Integrated Circuits.
• Lab Equipment Knowledge -must be able to use common lab bench equip (oscilloscope, voltmeter, power meter, spectrum analyzer, vna).
• Familiarity with the New Product Introduction process.
• Understanding of Test methodology for cellular standards.
• Develop test hardware utilizing team approach, reviewing schematics and layouts.
• Loadboard Design Experience and understanding hardware layout, able to review and comprehend RF routing (microstrip, stripline, coplanar) power grids, digital routes.
• Statistical Analysis Capability (Datapower, Excel, SEDana, etc).
• Scripting software w/ python, perl, vb or other scripting language to automate tasks.

Skills Needed:
• MS office suite
• Ability to assemble standard PC systems from raw components.
• Responsible for system assembly, bring up, and debug.
• PC Compliant and able to install and configure hardware and software in systems.
• Perform routine data collection and system maintenance.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions is a must.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced fluid environment.
• Need to be self-motivating and driven.
• Ability to Iearn quickly, perform tasks with no supervision, and have strong debug skills
• Strong system repair background.
• Ability to build systems up from board level.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work within a diverse team.


Preferred Qualification:
• 5+ years of direct industry experience.
• Familiar w/ de-embedding of RF fixtures (s2p, citi).
• Must be able to troubleshoot hardware and software to develop test solutions.
• Must have analytical skills for debug and development of hardware and software.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated, fast learner, team player with good communication skills.

Minimum Education:
• Required: Bachelor's, Electrical Engineering Preferred: Master's, Electrical Engineering
