Job Description
 
We are looking for a customer- focused, accountable, efficient and engaged professional who is dedicated to and guided by a commitment to service excellence.
This position will support a high-volume Call Center team handling aspects of administrative assistance to include mail sorting, Excel spreadsheets and databases, expense reporting, ordering supplies, coordinating meetings, reporting, etc.
Primary Responsibilities:
Sorting and delivery of printed materials
Delivery of incoming mail
Preparation of outgoing mail
Ordering supplies
Coordinating meetings

Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent years of related experience
Must have prior Administrative Assistant work experience
Must have basic understanding of Office applications and can work independently in Excel, Powerpoint
Must be proactive and personable working in a team environment
Must be able to multi-task in a high pace environment supporting a large team
Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedure
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills and ability to multi-task in a high pace environment
