Job Description
Middleware Support Services Team. This team supports over 13,000+ application-specific instances spanning 700+ individual applications. We provide 24X7 support for java-based web applications across the enterprise. The following technologies are currently being supported by Middleware Support Services: MQ, Message Broker, Data Power, FTP, TomCat, WebLogic, IIS, ColdFusion, JBoss, Java, Certificate Management, and IIB.

Role Description: SSL Certificate Implementation

Required Skills:
• Essential Skills (1+ years of Administration experience):
• Working knowledge of Linux/UNIX Systems, or Windows Server a plus
• Knowledge of WebSphere ND Application Server Admin and IHS/Apache/IIS Administration is a plus.
• Ability to research issues following basic troubleshooting methodologies
• Must be a team player and comfortable working in a large team environment
• Must have strong Customer Service disciplines and excellent communications and presentation skills.
• Proven problem solving and analytical competencies.
• Knowledge of Change, Incident and Problem Management processes
• Technical writing documentation and management a plus
