Job Description
 
• Global Application Support team member (GAS/PPQMPM) in US
• combined roles of general application maintenance
• Register and classify received Incidents (which could not be solved by key users at each legal entity) and undertake an immediate effort in order to restore a failed IT services in accordance with their severities (limited to providing temporary solution or work around, due to not bearing responsibility in making system change)
• If no ad-hoc solution can be achieved, or once temporary solution is provided and incidents are subject to permanent fix, transfer the Incident to expert technical support groups
• Processes inquiry tickets and service requests, and keep users informed with their Incidents' status via ticketing tool
• Responsible for routing of other incidents and service requests to management team and
• SPOC for business process owners in each entity to seek help in creating Change request (request for reference information from technical perspective, etc.), however actual advise or support can be routed to team if not possible to provide.
• Responsible to answer user questions
• Analyze and resolve incidents and service requests if possible
• Maintain Training materials and Test Scripts together.
