Certified in IT Service Management
Experience with EPIC EMR application or similar
Experience with Incident, Problem, Knowledge Management ITSM processes
Excellent customer service skills
Strong verbal communication and problem solving skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with BMC Remedy Force (or other ticketing systems)
Health provider environment knowledge a plus
