Job Description:
• Support Compliance training coordination and administration, which includes logistics to check employee availability and prepare calendar training invites; course creation in learning management system (LMS), attendance tracking and reporting; respond to employee inquiries associated with training courses; and special projects as needed.
• Position requires a self-starter with strong collaboration, time management and organizational skills; acute attention to detail; flexible in a fast-paced environment with ability to multi-task; work effectively independently or as part of a team; follow directions and proactively complete assignments timely; and interact professionally with business personnel at all levels.

Minimum Qualifications:
• One to two years of recent work experience; working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; ability to adapt to different computer applications and follow established processes.

Preferred Qualification:
• Recent graduates with one to two years of work experience with general office experience a plus.

Education:
• Recent graduate from an accredited college or university with GPA 3.5 or higher.
