Top global healthcare company is looking for a Call Center Supervisor – Medical Devices just north of Los Angeles. You’ll be providing leadership and guidance to a team of talented technical support staff. The team you oversee responds to inquiries from physicians, health care professionals, patients and field staff. This is a great opportunity for a technically savvy manager to provide sound leadership for a team that supports devices that save peoples’ lives on a daily basis!

What you will be doing:
• We need someone who is able to stimulate the team and effectively mitigate call wait time and abandonment to acceptable levels.
• Stimulate the performance of the team with high level of work morale, satisfaction and performance. Provide coaching where necessary.
• Ensure the desired product quality levels are achieved through use of standard work and training to those standards, training in operation and inspection techniques.
• Provide and conduct coaching to in-house / agency personnel.
• Promote the process of continuous quality improvement and risk mitigation

Job Requirements
Must have skills:
• Bachelor degree in electrical engineering, biomedical engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years’ experience managing a call center, with proven track record of success hitting KPI goals
• Demonstrated ability to motivate, shape and lead a team by example.
• Excellent verbal and written communications; good listening skills, able to write clear and concise reports/emails, manage complaints effectively and give clear instructions.
• Process and analytically-inclined
• The hours will be 5am-2pm Monday through Friday

Pluses:
• Biomedical degree preferred
