Job Description
Position Title: Learning & Development Manager
Location: Eagan, MN
Duration: 6 months (Possible Extensions)

Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Learning & Development, the successful candidate will lead the management capabilities programs and offerings within the Corporate Learning & Development (L&D) team.
The L&D Manager will be responsible to develop and manage a strategic approach to management capabilities learning across the enterprise based on the strategic needs of the organization and aligning with the global L&D agenda.
The L&D Manager will be responsible for optimizing employees’ experience with the learning tools, resources & programs provided by the Corporate L&D team, and raising the profile of learning at Client Site across the enterprise.

Job Requirements
5 – 10 years of experience in corporate learning & development, talent management, or related field
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Certifications in learning design and delivery a plus
Proven L&D experience within a global, complex, matrix environment with a focus on management development programs and offerings
Ability to work across a global multicultural and multilingual team (face to face as well as virtually)
Demonstrated ability to communicate with, influence and present to a variety of audiences, including global cross-functional leaders (face to face as well as virtually)
Experience in using data and measurement to influence learning strategies
Experience with learning management systems and software
Experience in curriculum building and instructional design though a variety of instructional media including instructor-led, online, and virtual instructor-led training
Motivated individual who demonstrates accountability for driving an L&D agenda, who thrives on owning new initiatives and delivering outcomes that enhance the L&D proposition
