Job Description
This replacement position with support a staff of four, and act as administrator for document management and eLMS programs.
Require a person technically comfortable with such administrative oversight.
Ability to prioritize multiple project(s) and/ or timelines to assure tracking and completion of tasks.

1. Provide administrative support to Environmental Health and Safety department and activities as related to company, local, state and federal requirements.
2. Evaluate current standard operating procedures (SOP’s), review and manage improvement process.
3. With guidance, draft revisions for SOP's, Policies and Training modules relating to safety and emergency response.
4. Utilize and work within standard document management systems.
5. Utilize and work within standard electronic learning management system (eLMS- ComplianceWire).
6. Participate in developing objectives and systems to meet RDEHS goals and track progress for corrective actions.
7. Have ability to interface with personnel at all levels of Irvine based staff.
8. Coordinate, arrange and lead meetings, work teams and drills.
9. Assist with scheduling and conducting laboratory inspections.
10.Ability to use computer programs, including MS Office.
