Summary
The individual in this role will be exposed to a variety of digital tagging projects in Consumer Bank (Card, Bank & Mortgage). This individual will work with members of the business and peers specialist gather business requirements, formulate tagging strategy, assist the technology team with implementation, testing and validation. Additionally, this individual will also be involved with the re-architecture of end state Site Catalyst design, implementation of a universal data layer and implementation of an enterprise Tag Manager throughout the consumer digital environment.

Key Responsibilities
This role will report into the Marketing Technology (MarTech) NA Tagging team. The individual in this role will work closely with partners throughout GCB, including Digital Product managers, Journey owners, Digital Marketing, Technology and Information Security. The skills required for this role include:
• Ability to translate tagging needs of the business into concise Technical Specifications (Tech Specs), Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and testing plans
• Proficient with digital data collection tools, platforms and collection methodologies (ie. Adobe Site Catalyst, Ensighten Tag Manager)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide recommendations to management
• High degree of analytic skills, with the ability to assess trends to identify potential data quality issues
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to create partnerships with diverse business and technical teams

Job Requirements
 
 
1. Understanding of digital analytics, tagging and measurement techniques
a. 3+ years’ experience with Adobe Reports & Analytics (aka Adobe Site Catalyst) and tag management tools (Ensighten Manage, Tealium, Adobe DTM) is mandatory
b. Advanced Excel skills
2. Basic HTML, CSS, JS and JQuery, SQL skills preferred
3. Experience in digital channel and database marketing, including website, banner advertising, email and search
4. Individual must be able to document technical requirements in a clear and concise manner
5. Proficient in debugging code using Fiddler, Charles or Chrome developer tools
6. 3+ years related experience in financial services, consulting or digital based marketing firm
