Job Description:
• Assist Program Manager with tracking aspects of the CECL (Including ALL and Purchased Loans) program, which consists of multiple projects and workstreams.
• Work with team members to create and deliver risk/issue log updates, program resource and status reporting management, program level meeting scheduling, meeting minutes, maintaining program records, and additional project related activities as needed.

Job Responsibilities:
• Ability to multi-task on multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to update project plans and other project deliverables
• Collaborate with team members to learn / share best practices
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies
• Ability to communicate a basic understanding of project goals, objectives, and deliverables
• Ability to document risks & issues; maintain, track, and monitor risk & issues data
• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
• Reporting Relationships: Reports to and takes direction from Program Manager

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience with 3-5 years’ experience in project management support role
• Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
• work experience as a Project Coordinator
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with others, and independently
• Takes accountability/responsibility for tasks and actions
• Intermediate level knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, Share Point and Power Point)
• Ability to prepare and interpret policies, procedures, flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
