Job Description
CCAR Wholesale Credit workstream critical role for testing of RCAST implementation of technology solution.
The CCAR 14A Testing Specialist responsibility is for testing the automated CCAR 14A stress loss calculator. The RCAST framework is automating the current 14A stress loss calculation, aggregation and reporting process. The quality assurance and testing of this solution consists of:

1) Creating an end-to-end test plan and strategy
2) Managing and tracking the testing issues and resolve them in a timely manner
3) Partnering with Risk Systems and Technology and Risk Technology to conduct end-to-end testing of the automated RCAST stress loss calculations and reporting capabilities
4) Identify potential process improvements and capabilities to increase consistency, transparency, and reliability of the stress testing results
5) Create, maintain and present reports to measure and monitor testing progress
6) Oversee the implementation, documentation of the various releases during the SDLC of the RCAST solution.
7) Assist in creating process and controls documentation
8) Provide ad-hoc support and analysis, including preparation of Powerpoint presentations/decks for senior management

Job Requirements
• Two years minimum of SAS.
• Knowledge of Cognos, SQL, VBA or Perl is a plus
• Having worked with large volumes and demonstrated resolution of performance issues in reporting is a must
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and independently
• Selected candidate will be able to organize the information in whichever tool is their expertise in.
• Selected candidate can write queries and quickly put reports together
• Selected candidate will be familiar with interpretation of the data
• Selected candidate needs to understand the logic of the process, waterfall logic and conditional type of statements
• Familiarity with Credit Card or Financial Industry is a plus.
• Quick learner and self starter.

* This is a NOT a 100% programmer role. HM is looking for experience in different reporting projects, able to identify problems, analyze them and provide a solution. Manager is hiring for the future, selected candidate will be a SHARP candidate able and willing to solve the problem. This will be a conversion role.
