The is a high level/high profile 3 month assignment in need of a Management Advisory Consultant directly reporting to SVP and Chief of Staff of Global Tech and Ops (who reports to the EVP of Global Tech and Ops)

Job Requirements
 
 
Acquired some new components as CIO - so she needs to set up the business of running the CIO machine which has 5 or 6 departments. Needs them to come together cohesively as a team.
• She has someone on maternity - and some things are starting to get away from her a bit and needs some support

• Someone that is seasoned and needs NO training
• Top consulting firms
• Hungry to action improvements

Tasks:
• Develop a financial baseline
• Can work with real estate, security, strategy for GTO, enterprise program management, communications
• Work on an efficiency plan to provide to Marty in a couple of months.
• Someone to work with HR - what is our talent baseline; where do we have open roles; where can we save etc.
• Someone to set up the operating metrics and reviews for each department. She has a number of disparate groups so they need to determine which metrics we are going to look at every month for each group. Want to ensure that they can recreate these reports every month so they are looking at what metrics are really key to driving success.
• Operating reviews.

Skills:
• Excel and analytics - AND be able to package for firm executives.
