Location: North Chicago, Illinois, 60064
Duration: 06 months (possibilities of extension)

? 3 - 5 years of experience required
? Bachelor’s degree preferred
? Software knowledge a plus: MS Office Programs, Windows, DOS, Workday (experience highly preferred), Salesforce (experience highly preferred), RIMS, SAP.
? Bilingual fluency preferred

Additional Information:
? 80% phone work / 20% project work

? Must have strong attendance - strict adherence to shift times
? Long Periods of sitting (Call Center)
? This position is Non-Exempt. Hours over 40 will be paid at Time and a Half

SPANISH Openings.
Candidates MUST BE fluent in French or Spanish (both verbal and written) and have experience using their French or Spanish fluency in a work setting.

Shift Information:
1st Shift:
Monday – Friday: Shifts last 8:45 hours including 45 minutes of unpaid lunch
o 5am – 1:45pm (45 minutes lunch)
o 6:15am – 3pm (45 minutes lunch)
o 7am – 3:45pm (45 minutes lunch)
o 8am – 4:45pm (45 minutes lunch)
o 9:15am – 6pm (45 minutes lunch)
