• Serve as first voice of the company to serve the customers.
• Process parts sales orders, service requests, RMAs
• Inbound and outbound calls to external customers, as well as internal customers- service teams across all product lines.
• Fulfill internal and external customer requests and inquiries
• Monitor and maintain group in box to ensure all internal and external inquires and/or issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner
• Quickly problem solves delays and roadblocks in the order process in order to make it a seamless transaction for internal and external customers.
• Special projects & data entry across multiple departments, as required, specifically data integrity

Job Requirements
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills to facilitate problem solving and proactive error prevention
• Demonstrate ability to work in a team environment in tandem with thinking independently
• Must have prior high volume call center experience to be considered for this role.
• Must be organized and motivated to perform duties in a timely manner.
• Must work well under pressure and adapt and prioritize as necessary
• Detail oriented, solid business writing skills, problem solving skills and ability to think outside of the box to resolve issues
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal and written communications with ability to use tone and tact
• Experience with Word, Excel and Outlook required.
• Prior experience using SAP/CRM systems required
• Medical device industry experience is highly desirable
• Proven ability to learn quickly in a changing environment as company migrates into new systems and integrates new products and/or processes
• High desire to produce high quality work and maintain the integrity of data
• Proven experience in using a computer and multiple software programs and the ability to navigate through multiple screens and programs at the same time while on the phone

• High school diploma/GED required, Associates degree preferred
• 2 years+ in high volume call center environment
• SAP & SalesForce preferred
• Knowledge of HIPPA and Device Tracking Regulation
• Experience working with technical information
• Experience working in medical device or healthcare industry
