What You Will Be Doing
• Run a Full Desk: lead generation, new client acquisition and recruiting
• Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
• Review and understand client requirements
• Client Contract and fee negotiations
• Manage team of sourcers to perform market research, resumes sourcing, prepare call logs
• Conduct candidate interviews, present qualified candidate to clients
• Recruit for technical, financial, accounting and marketing positions. Example: Cloud Architects, Java and .NET Engineers, Mobile Developers, DevOps, Big Data, Systems, Project Managers, CTO/CIO’s, Marketing, Finance Managers, Accounting Managers and Sales Executives

Job Requirements
• Experience in recruiting, staffing or sales with proven track record of success
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Time management and prioritization skills
• Creative thinking and problem solving skills
• Interest in learning about technical skills
• Intense motivation and hunger to be successful
• Experience managing B2B relationships (preferred)
• Degree from an accredited university/college (preferred)
• A genuine desire to build a career and grow with our company
