Job Information:
Plan, manage, and execute varied software development, customization, or IT systems development projects. Gather information at front end to determine project parameters and specifications, and to budget human, financial and other resources. Directs and supervises all support resources for the performance of project assignments and activities. May provide technical oversight to some staff and track attainment of project milestones. Report on progress and budget expenditures to project owners.

Key Job Functions:
•Meet with application owners, application developers and analysts, and the like to determine business needs and functionalities desired for new or revised application.
•Plan course of relatively large or complex project(s), including milestones, resources needed in the form of staff hours, budget, use of technology and tools and document in project plan, following established project management methodology.
•Track course of project from meetings, conferring with developers, and receiving reports. Update project plan as needed. Document changes to scope or functionalities with change ticket, project plan, or other format.
•Assess compliance of development process with accepted methodology and communicate to responsible managers or staff. Document exceptions or deviations as needed. Convene meetings and plan agenda to ensure important issues are aired and resolved.
•Report on progress of project, use of staff, $ expenditures, progress on milestones and the like to application owners.
•Provide guidance to project staff; may manage staff who are developing technical specifications or developers who are coding. May plan, document, manage and evaluate staff performance, or contribute to evaluation by their managers.
•Create appropriate technical and non-technical documentation as required

Minimum Experience:
•5+ years hands on Technology Project Management experience driving and leading multiple medium to large scale cross functional projects.
•5+ years with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices and application including creating appropriate technical documentation as needed including but not limited to scope documents, design documents, supportive architecture documents.
•2+ years of Agile practices and application with Scrum Master experience.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills:
•Excellent customer service communication skills and ability to productively work in a high pressure, team environment.
•Must have PM experience implementing software from start to finish in an Agile (Scrum) environment.
•Must have experience managing project budget, forecasts, variance, and resource allocations.
•Proficient application of MS Project, Project Server and SharePoint to manage project schedule and collaboration. Highly proficient in MS Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).
•Self-motivated with ability to manage and meet multiple deadlines without frequent supervision
•Demonstrated ability to effectively and efficiently manage multiple high-priority tasks
•Ability to manage large, cross-divisional Program activities in a complex environment and drive results
•Working knowledge of technology concepts including enterprise architecture, infrastructure, technology governance, SDLC and security.
•Ability to design and manage the implementation of Projects that meet organizational goals and objectives
•Ability to manage resources, coordinate and administer team assignments, monitor team progress, and maintain schedules
•Demonstrated ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple high priority items.
•Expert relationship management skills and superior written and oral communication skills a must.
•Experience driving organizational change and leading in a matrixed environment.
