Job Description
• The HR Advisor will interact with associate and human resource staff across North America to facilitate tactical human resource activities as part of HR Operations team.
• Process offer letter request on a daily basis, adhering to the highest standards of accuracy.
• Assist with the coordination and administration of onboarding task.
• Initiate and resolved Service Now tickets within required SLA.
• Prepare severance documentation and ensure payments are entered for executed contracts.
• Assists with troubleshooting and resolving HR system question.
• Coordinate leave of absence and workers compensation claims through appropriate vendors.
• Maintain employee files, both electronic and hard copy.

Educational Requirements:
• Associates Degree or higher preferred or work experience equivalent.
• 1+ Year of experience in Employee lifecycles upgrades preferred.
• Understanding of Human Resource Policies, Practices & requirements.

• Detailed oriented with Ability to multitask in fast paced environment with Tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated passion for teamwork and customer service.
• Process minded with ability to compile, code, categorize, calculate, verify or process information or data.
• Laser passion on details with ability to “get it done right”.
• Ability to work with all levels of staff and maintain strict confidentiality of information.
• Ability to work production based schedule on-site with regular and predictable and attendance.
• Must have excellent processing and work flow details.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrate ability to administer/manager company policies and initiatives: Project management skills.
• Advanced MS office skills and significant database experience, using Peoplesoft or similar platforms.
