Description
Administers human resources processes and procedures that cover two or more functional areas. Collects and analyzes HR data, and then makes recommendations to management. Processes data and paperwork for functional area according to established procedures. Assists with or handles new hire data entry, FMLA administration, FMLA/LOA tracking, union grievance administration, absence administration, policy/SOP updates and creation, job description updates and creation and salary offer preparation. May prepare internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies.Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor degree preferred but not required; Minimum level of education required is High School diploma/GED
• 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Knowledge of and ability to use systems supporting HR processes such as PeopleSoft is a plus.
• Must be US citizen to support government contract compliance.
