Job Description
 
1. Maintain under operational conditions the current and new personal&collaborative solutions infrastructure in respect of the Support processes
2. Second level of operational support for Windows operating systems for PCs, Active Directory, Image building & maintenance with MDT Tool (or equivalent), WSUS Patching Management
3. Assure system and service administration is practised in-line with defined procedures.
4. Coordinate with various parties for change request management operation.
5. Senior level of operational support on:
- Troubleshooting, incidents and problem management,
- Reporting and communication on activity, quality and performance of the network platforms and security solutions
- Ensure appropriate documentation, including procedures for supports.
6. Participate in emerging projects, and acting at the technical level and as the liaison for the rest of his/her department.
7. Pro-active in ensuring stability, response time, operational consistency and life cycle over the System Infrastructures
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Contribute to search and qualification to new solutions
2. Provide recommendations to highest level of expertise teams

2. ISO / Mastering administration
3. WSUS Patching Administration
4. Competences in PCs Hardware


SECONDARY TECHNICAL ABILITIES

2. Experience in OS migration
3. Google Suite Solutions administration
4. Background on Cisco VOIP deployment or support
