Job Description
Responsible for the data investigations and resolutions of Client inquiries for all Spain commercial products/offerings involving data integrity (accuracy, consistency, and completeness) raised by both internal and external Clients.
• Communicates findings and provides recommendations arising from data validations conducted for both internal and external Clients.
• Develops and implements additional quality control/assurance system to further improve data integrity.
• Ensures compliance to provisions/commitments as stipulated in the Client Service Level Agreement (SLA) document.
Job Responsibilities:
• Investigates client queries and identifies the underlying issue that’s causing data abnormalities.
• Coordinate and collaborate with the different stakeholders within the company and with external Clients with the intent on resolving data integrity issues.
• Performs data trend analysis and validation using different tools and applications.
• Provides regular updates or communications regarding inquiries raised and, more importantly, resolution to data integrity issues.
• Understands thoroughly the different methodologies utilized, databases, processes, and procedures to be able to clearly and effectively communicate to Clients the steps to be taken or have been taken to resolve concerns.
• Provides impact analysis of identified data corrections.
• Holds (or participates in) regular meetings or updates internal stakeholders regarding changes in the quality control/assurance processes and provides analysis on its impact to data consistency and the timelines.
• Adherence to the Client Service Level Agreement (SLA) guidelines.
• Proactively analyzes the databases and provides recommendations on how to further improve and/or correct the data.
• Maintains and enhances the quality of highly complex databases by analyzing and resolving potential market/database anomalies identified through accelerated product and product/supplier outlier identification tools.

Job Requirements
Graduate of any relevant mathematical, scientific, engineering or computer science based
• Preferably at least 1 year experience in using statistical programs especially SAS in
production and reporting
• Demonstrate strong problem solving and business analytical skills.
• Ability to process large amounts of data to isolate issue in question.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of complex concepts and processes.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of the organization.
• Strong ability to deal tactfully with clients on a face-to-face interaction and through written
• Proficiency in PC application software (i.e. Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, etc.) is
• Strong organizational skills are required.
• Has initiative and is self-motivated to see through until resolution concerns raised by Clients.
• Experience using mainframe tools such BO and SQL are highly desirable
