Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Duration: 3+ Months (Possible Extension)

Working Hours: Between 8:30am-6:30pm Monday through Friday (Some overtime may be required during high call volume periods)

Must Have:
· 6 Months + Experience in Call-Center
· Must have excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Job Description:
· Assists employees and vendors with Accounts Payable-related inquiries via incoming phone calls.
· Inquiries include questions on employee expense reimbursements, procurement, and vendor invoices and payments. Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
· Systems and tools to include Concur, Ariba eRequest, SAP, Salesforce, MS Outlook and OneNote.
