• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good communication skill.
• Team player.

Job Requirements
 
 
• Payroll Function (knowledge in timekeeping is a must).
• Timely enrolment of new hires in the payroll system.
• Interacting with employees to solve their payroll/attendance related queries.
• Maintenance and up keep of the attendance management system.
• Ensure that all government reports are submitted on or before the specified due dates (SSS, Pag-IBIG, BIR, PhilHealth). Ensure that the company is updated and is in full compliance with government-mandated remittances.
• Knowledgeable of computation, check preparation and check releasing of separated employees.
