Job Description
Essential Duties and Job Functions:

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Responsible for the management of assigned patient support program(s) (PSP), to ensure program offerings represent the needs of the customer, are aligned to brand strategy and designed to support patient access based on payer environment.
• Lead and manage external program vendor on all aspects of program delivery of service, including performance to established metrics, contract and budget.
• Represents PSP at the cross functional commercial team and acts as PSP subject matter expert.
• Develops program operational plan in relation to key brand lifecycle events, ie. Program launch, program listing.
• Develops comprehensive program data resources in collaboration with external vendor to meet the needs of cross functional stakeholders and program metrics.
• Provides customer and business-related insight to support decision making, interacting with external customers and other internal departments to answer questions, provide data, clarify analysis and formulate recommendations.
• Serves as point of contact with internal stakeholders and external customers providing necessary reporting information and ensuring resolution of issues.
• Effectively liaises with external customers, vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure satisfactory service levels and issue management.
• Develops and manages program forecast model and ensures alignment to vendor resource capacity management.
• Leads the development and execution of the program value story and incorporates in program communications and promotional materials.
• Leads the development of program specific promotional tools and key messaging to support field force customer engagement and communication.
• Accountable for maintaining up to date insight and intelligence on the external environment (market, customer and payer dynamics) and evolve program service and offerings to address and exceed needs of the customer.

Knowledge, Experience and Skills:

• Strategic thinker with the ability to formulate, develop and execute strategy development.
• Must have the ability to conduct analysis and use complex analytical tools.
• Must have demonstrated excellence in project management and effectively managing multiple projects/priorities.
• Must possess strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills ability to efficiently and productively communicate to a variety of groups and audiences.
• Must have a demonstrated understanding of private and public payer requirements and impact on the development of program planning.
• In depth ability to design, develop and implement program offerings and services, program business plans including forecasting and capacity management.
• Identifies opportunities in existing processes or systems, collaborates with peers and managers to introduce new processes or systems to internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience working and influencing in cross functional teams.

Familiarity with patient support program fundamentals, strategy, and commercial policies and practices.
• Previous experience in patient support programs desired
• 5+ years of bio-pharmaceutical industry, sales and/or commercial operations experience
• Bachelor’s, BSc degree in related fields
• Therapeutic Area knowledge preferred.
