Job Title: Technical Support
Duration: 12 Months + (Possible Extension)
Location: McLean, VA

Job Description:
Provides management for the support, availability, operation, and recoverability of production systems.
· Includes functions in support of end user needs.
· Includes production control, problem management, incident management, secondor third-level application production support, and other support for a variety of systems
Expert in MS Office products especially Excel and PowerPoint is key.
· Excellent written and verbal communication are required.
· Incident and event management experience.
· Tracking, follow-up, management reporting experience.
· Familiarity with branch banking systems would be good, but not required.
· Also, familiarity with dealing with network infrastructure outages/interruptions.
· Not resolving the problem, but tracking and ensuring appropriate IT parties are involved and resolving the issues.
· Position will track the type of incidents that are reported, resolution times, etc.
· Service Experience 3+ years
· Mission Criticality: Experience working on production systems
· Troubleshooting: Advanced demonstration of diagnostic skills
· Provides clear concise communication with project team and mid-level management
· Demonstrated ability to work with individual third parties and coordinate solutions internally
