Job Description:
•Resolves client issues, concerns and inquiries regarding HR processes and policy (PTO, benefits, payroll, etc.) via phone calls and emails in a call center-like atmosphere.
•Develops comprehensive understanding of HR Service Center operations .
Skills/Qualifications:
•EXPERIENCE: 0-2 years in Human Resources
•EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree preferred, PHR/SPHR preferred
•Strong customer service skills with an ability to comprehend and problem solve in a set period of time
•Strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a team atmosphere
•Ability to multi-task using multiple systems and applications simultaneously
•Previous human resources and call center experience preferred
•Strong verbal and written communication skills a must
